Longtime attorney joins board as company gears up for expanded partnerships

ROGERS Ark. — A new board member has joined Earth Science Laboratories (ESL). Collie Lowrance is an attorney specializing in business development. Lowrance brings over 20 years of experience to ESL, having previously consulted with companies in areas ranging from mergers and acquisitions to joint ventures and venture capital financing.

Lowrance is a Principle in Live Oak Investment Fund I and previously held a joint position as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of FBSciences, Inc., a specialty agriculture fertilizer and chemical company. In addition, he has supervised EPA product registrations, domestic and international patent filings and trademark registrations.

“ESL has grown significantly over the past two years with additional manufacturing capacity and new staff for research and development, sales and marketing,” CEO David Nicholas said. “We are pleased to welcome experienced individuals such as Collie as we continue to develop new partnerships and expanded applications for our chemistry”
